With Dan's retirement at the end of 2009, Doug and the internal team at Vital Skills, as well as our "extended family" of external training partners, continue the organization's commitment to outstanding service in helping client organizations become measurably more vital.

Doug Finton has been working in the field of Leadership Development, Change Management and Team Effectiveness for over 20 years. His clients include organizations of all kinds: for-profit and not-for-profit; from automotive, accounting, and air traffic controlling, to universities, healthcare systems and organizations dedicated to nonviolence. In their service, Doug has designed and delivered Leadership Development trainings, coached executives, worked with teams, and facilitated Management meetings and offsites on a broad variety of topics. Formerly head of Management Training and the Strategic Learning functions of the German and U.S. operations of the Volkswagen Group, Doug founded Doug Finton & Associates, Inc. in 1996 to bring his skills in promoting positive change to a broader client base. He has worked internationally, consulting, training, and speaking in a variety of settings |
